If that means making adjustments and shipping a new order, we’ll happily do that, with no probing questions and no need to ship back the first order. We’re in this business for the long term, and we enjoy a great deal of repeat business.
We take pride in customer satisfaction. If we weren’t making people happy, we wouldn’t be doing this. The last thing in the world we want is for one of our clients to end up with a final product that didn’t meet their expectations. The only thing worse would be if solving the issue caused a headache as well.
